Your card stays with your bank
Here's exactly what happens when you pay for a stay — and why we never see your card number.
We price it on our servers
The nightly rate, taxes and total come from the hotel's live rates on our side. What you see is what you're charged — it can't be changed in the browser.
You pay on a secure page
We hand you to our payment partner's PCI-DSS compliant checkout. Your bank may ask you to confirm with 3-D Secure.
We verify, then confirm
When you return, we ask our partner directly whether the payment cleared. Only then is your booking confirmed and emailed to you.
What we accept
Visa and Mastercard credit and debit cards. Every booking is charged in US dollars (USD). If your card is in another currency, your bank converts it at its own rate.
What we store
- Your booking, the amount, and the payment status and reference from our partner.
- The billing name and address you entered, used for fraud prevention and receipts.
- Never your card number, expiry date or security code — those go straight to our payment partner.
If something goes wrong
If a payment fails, nothing is charged and your booking stays open so you can try again from My trips. If you closed the page mid-payment, we re-check every open payment automatically every few minutes.
