Maikazaka Ltd ("we", "us") operates this website, which lets you discover and book hotel stays offered by third-party hotels and suppliers. By using the site you agree to these terms.

2. Your account

You must be at least 18 and provide accurate details. You're responsible for keeping your password safe and for activity on your account. We may suspend accounts used for fraud or abuse.

3. Bookings

A booking is confirmed only when payment has been verified with our payment partner and you receive a confirmation with a booking reference. Your stay is provided by the hotel, whose house rules apply.

4. Prices & payment

Prices are shown in US dollars and include the taxes and fees listed before payment. Some hotels collect local tourist taxes on arrival. Payments are processed by our payment partner; we do not store card details.

5. Cancellations

Cancellations and refunds are governed by our cancellation policy and the terms shown for your room at the time of booking.

6. Your responsibilities

Make sure guest names match photo ID and that you meet any travel, visa or health requirements for your destination.

7. Liability

We act as an intermediary between you and the hotel. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for the acts or omissions of hotels, and our total liability for a booking is limited to the amount you paid for it.
